Jako každý den byla provedena vizuální kontrola mláďat s příkrmem drobnou potravou. Malé čápě se zdálo na pohled apatické, nemělo zájem o potravu. Už od začátku bylo menší a slabší než druhé ptáče na hnízdě a nedařilo se mu staršího brášku dohnat. Na základě tohoto stavu malého čápěte bylo rozhodnuto o odebrání z hnízda k bližšímu vyšetření a přemístění do dokrmovacího inkubátoru.
Bohužel za nějakou dobu, odpoledne, čápě odešlo za svým prostředním bráškou za .

As every day, a visual inspection of the chicks with supplementary food was carried out. The little stork seemed apathetic, not interested in food. From the beginning, it was smaller and weaker than the other bird in the nest and could not catch up with its older brother.
