Chodí mi spousty dotazů na hnízdění černých čápů, tak vám tu letošní nadílku posílám. Samička dnes nad ránem snesla páté vajíčko, tak když vše dobře dopadne, zhruba za měsíc by se mohli mladí čápi vylíhnout. Čáp černý je typickým obyvatel lesů, ale žije velmi skrytě. Díky naší webkameře budete mít možnost nahlédnout do jejich tajemného života i vy.

I get a lot of questions about nesting black storks, so I'm sending you this year's batch . The female laid her fifth egg this morning, so if everything goes well, the young storks could hatch in about a month. The black stork is a typical inhabitant of forests, but lives very hidden. Thanks to our webcam, you too will have the opportunity to look into their mysterious life.

my FB "talk" with Kristýna Krišpína Nohejlová (she works in the RS Makov)

Dobry den, ano, bylo 5 vajicek, z cehoz jsou 2 vylihnuta, 1 se vylihlo a bohuzel bylo zalehnuto rodici, a jedno se zacinalo klubat, ale nepovedlo se to, takze jsou 2 mladata.
Proste na nej spatne zasednou a mlade zahyne... obcas se to stava

There were 5 eggs, 2 of which have hatched, 1 hatched and unfortunately by the parents ... (right term ?), and one was starting to hatch, but it didn't work out, so there are 2 young ones.
They just sit on it wrong and the young ones die... it happens sometimes
