Our young black stork made a very interesting "round trip" yesterday. It was exploring the French coast and testing different routes.
The Route and Timeline (Local French Time):
- 11:03 departure from the Cogolin area
Journey North: First, it flew North from Cogolin and then turned South-West toward Marseille
- 14:58 – turned around, and started the journey back.
Return Trip: It took a different path back, flying along the coastline and avoiding the city of Toulon.
- 19:28 back at Cogolin: It returned to its familiar area about 30 minutes before sunset

Weather conditions:
The weather was perfect for flying—sunny with temperatures around 18°C and a light wind.
