Skierka returned from her winter camp in Greece on March 11. Then at noon it flew over the nest in the Wolsztyn Forest District, but did not sit on it. She flew 7 km further over the small river Szarka and there she slept the first night alone in the forest. She spent the second night 18 km away in the nest with a "alien" male in the Bolewice Forest District. We know this thanks to the GPS-GSM logger and photos from the wildlife camera trap. Only now does she spend the third night in her nest, but again alone (!?). Why? It is very likely that the male Titan has not yet returned from migration, and at noon the "alien" from Bolewice was briefly present at the nest. We do not know for sure because both males do not have wedding rings.
