- nesting place: Poland, Wolsztyn
- wintering place: Greece, Kerkini NP
Greece: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Greece
Kerkini National Park: https://kerkini.gr/?lang=en
Struma river: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Struma_(river) (wiki: In Greece it is the main waterway feeding and exiting from Lake Kerkini, a significant centre for migratory wildfowl.)
- Skierka was equipped with a transmitter and we followed her migration on an online map within the Stork Project BocianiMy as Żółty (Yellow) - BOCZ 07 ZOL (in LK - first me/Solo, later Hana in detail - great job!)
ŻÓŁTY, black stork from the Skierniewice Forest District with a foot logger (leg-mount) set up for the first time in Poland as a pilot as part of the BocianiMy project in 2017 (GW) - YELLOW/Skierka
- In 2021, Skierka settled in the nest of Wolsztyn together with her partner TYTAN (he has no transmitter) and their nesting could be watched on the webcam. They brought out two young storks this season - TYTUS and SKARLET, both were also equipped with transmitters. (by Hana)
