Bonus has new lines in the favourite area in the arch and again to the west - some kind of wetlands.

MIGRATION - SITUATION as of 15.11

Last data: 14.10

Bonus left the second stop-over site - the favourite canal area east from Latinu and continued to the south above the Bărăgan Plain on 20.10. Our stork flew not very far and stayed for 2 days (21.,22.10) near other melioration canals south from the village Griviţa (still Romania). Next day (23.10) really continued on the migration to Bulgaria - above the Danubian Plan to the border with Turkey. Bonus continued to the west end the Sea of Marmara (24.10). It seems this juvenile stork has big respect for the open water. Bonus flew from Balkan Peninsula to Anatolian Peninsula on the western part the Dardanelles. Continued to the south-west (!) and spent next 2 days (25. – 28.10) in the area of Tuzla stream. On 29.10 Bonus flew to the south - to the Lesbos and made an almost complete circuit of the island. Next day (30.10) Next day stork flew to the east over the Mytilini Strait - a strait in the Aegean Sea that separates the Greek island of Lesbos from Turkey and continued further south-east to Demirköprü Dam. On 01.11 Bonus reached the next stop-over site near the Lake Suğla (reservoire). Our stork is exploring the area (serching for food) mostly in the arch of Beyşehir Channel on the fields with melioration canals to the west from the village Başkaraören - a village in Seydişehir district of Konya Province.

in the morning Bonus flew not far to the north and than spent the whole day on one enough little place in the wetland
