1/ It seems to me, male hasn't get on top of the female’s back and I don't saw her tail aside
2/I don't see the "cloacal kiss" - they copulate by briefly touching genital openings for sperm transfer, what is called a "cloacal kiss" (male birds don't have penises)
- failed copulations are common; young pairs are less likely to copulate successfully than old pairs

The brief rubbing of cloacas may last less than a second, but the sperm is transferred quickly during this "cloacal kiss" and the mating is complete.
