13.12 A black woodpecker (Dryocopus martius) is calling somewhere near.

15.22 It's raining a little while Kaia takes care of herself and the eggs. It seems so dark outside.

16.26 Karl arrives. Kaia gives him a long greeting. Not sure if she is scolding him for taking so long or is she happy to see him.. Kaia steps on the curved branch and flies away.
Kaia's incubation duty was 8 h 8 min.
