Urmas answered my questions about Nurme, Timmu and Kuremari:
NURME
1/ Nurme does not have mate, most probably. At least, nests he visited
often after returning form migration are not visited any more so much.
Rather not at all. Think Nurme stays alone this season again, like Kergu.
TIMMU
2/ We do not know about nesting of Timmu. In the end of June we will go to
check. Timmus transmitter is not working since reached breeding grounds,
data are behind in wintering site. But we put some fish in basket and
Timmu visited that place, transmitter visible on back. So once we try to
trap Timmu and remove transmitter (or replace, if we have on by that time).
KERGU
3/ Btw, Kergu visited yesterday the nest nearly 50 km away. We do not know
if there is breeding this year.
KUREMARI
4/ Kuremari is in Latvia and Maris Strazds is following her movements, two
days ago he wrote that Kuremari has visited at least one known nest, but
probably more of those Maris doesn't know. Maris wants to go and check
there on Kuremaris track several places, but timing is not good at the
moment (possible incubation).
