Tylko niezwykły refleks i odwaga Królewicza uratowały lęg bocianów czarnych w Bolewicach! Samiec rzucił się z pełną determinacją i narażeniem życia w obronie piskląt na dorosłego bielika, którego odgonił od gniazda! Bardzo często takie spotkania kończą się śmiercią nie tylko piskląt, ale też dorosłych bocianów, a ich szczątki znajdujemy podczas obrączkowania młodych bielików w orlich gniazdach. Trudno opowiadać się tu po jakiejś jednej stronie, ale TRZYMAJMY kciuki, żeby tu już więcej bielik nie powrócił ....

Only the extraordinary reflexes and courage of Królewicz saved a brood of black storks in Bolewice! The male, determined and risking his life to defend the chicks, attacked an adult white-tailed eagle, chasing it away from its nest! Such encounters often result in the deaths of not only the chicks but also the adult storks, and their remains are found during ringing of young white-tailed eagles in their nests. It's hard to take sides here, but let's keep our fingers crossed that the white-tailed eagle doesn't return here again....
