She scratches again and then the black piece is removed..
A zoom-in of that strange piece..I don't know what could it be..a bug? feathers? Well, good that she got it ficed right away

13.33 Kaia reacts to something below the nest. Some animal perhaps? No big sound was heard so it could've been someone small. A minute later she covers the eggs again.

15.33 Again, Kaia hears a small crack on the ground. She observes with great interest for several minutes, staying in this same position. Probably some animal making some noises occasionally. Steps and cracks can be heard, but very quietly. Probably nothing dangerous.

17.03 Kaia sees someone approach from far. She takes a scared position because she can't recognize who is approaching.

They both greet very intensly. She takes an interesting body posture- wings spread apart and singing..defence?

Kaia is defending. She steps on the eggs!!!
It's probably a strange stork who is disturbing them..
Kaia is attacking Karl again!
She tries to pusk Karl out of the nest, but Karl also keeps defending the nest, he doesn't leave.
It seems that Kaia is very confused and so irritated that she is ready to attack anyone who comes close to her.
