in this year's breeding season a black stork with a white plastic ring 8262 nestled on one of nests that we monitor in Świetokrzyskie Voivodeship (Poland). We reported it to the The Ornithological Station in Gdańsk, but we received an information that the bird hadn't been reported after ringing so we don't know its origin. Maybe someone know this bird?
In the nest there were 4 eggs, all hatched and chicks were ringed as pull. on 14th of June.
